I suggest you ...

allow influx sources to be assigned default tags

Influx sources should have the possibility for default tags, so that influx items from these sources would have some tags automatically added.

You can actually already accomplish this for most content.
For integrations, you can add tags to the API key in the services you are using, for example "beefbeefbeefbeef+project_name+production".

Also, for emails, you can use #hashtags in the subject line or use the same plus-notation in the e-mail address: your_flow+tag1+tag2@your_company.flowdock.com

For RSS or Tweets, you cannot currently automatically assign tags.

        Hope this helps!

Yes! We'd especially need this with the Pivotal Tracker integration, where we currently don't get any metadata in (at the very least, we'd like to tag these incoming items with the project name.)

Weird - I figured this would be quite an amazing feature - devs - any thoughts on this? Any ideas why others are not voting this up?

The reason I like this, is then you can auto tag support requests to @jon, tag twitter messages @prperson, tag errors with #error, making it easier to access the messages later.

        This would be really cool.
