Add full-text search
Searching only with tags feels limited. On the other hand it forces one to use tags.

Guess what. We finally rolled out the full-text search. :) It will be announced briefly, but you can already go and play with it – you’ll see how it works, just try to search something in Flowser.

Tag search is great, and can be very effective, but if this is going to be a viable way to shed off IRC, AIM, RSS, etc. and aggregate everything, full-text search is a must. I've only been playing with Flowdock for a couple of days now, but I've already decided this is a major shortcoming. If it weren't for that, I think I'd be trying to move my whole team over to Flowdock asap!

Yes, this is an area where Flowdock is inferior to alternatives such as skype and irc

This is definitely a killer feature that simply needs to be implemented for the software to become a part of our daily workflow.
