  Emoji creators! I believe that there should be a cupcake emoji. You've got cake..but where are the cupcakes? I was very surprised to look through my emojis and not find one! Also, I noticed that there are two girls holding hands but not two girls kissing...I'd appreciate that one as well :) thanks so much!

  It appears that only a subset of emoji work. For example, neither :trollface: nor :shipit: are functional.

  Dear emoji,
  I believe there should be a deer emoji. They are super cute and popular, especially this time if year. Also, there should be a menorah for the Jewish people. I feel it's kind of discriminatory to have a Christmas tree and Santa Claus but no menorah.

  Dear Emoji people,
  My friend and I believe that you should add a mustache emoji, middle finger emoji, shirtless guy emoji and a Jamaican emoji. That would make our lives brighter, and me a happier person all around. I think it's time that these necessary emojis get what they really deserve.

  Not having emoji is a big reason my company is sticking with hipchat for the time being. Flowdock's awesome, but hard to sell without the emoji.

  We don't have a good way for inputting emojis, but you can copy-paste them and they are shown properly in Flowdock:

  Many services convert :smiley:, :snowman:, etc. to emojis. We don't have that at least yet.

  We handle and show Unicode 6.0 emoji code points even on browsers and operating systems which are not capable of showing emoji characters, but there is no real input method for emojis. Of course, if you have Mac OS X Lion or iOS 5.0, you can use the native methods provided by OS to enter emojis.

  I'm confused... what is "the suggested method"? Does Flowdock support this already in a way that I can't find it yet?
